1. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment or in shared indoor areas (such as hallways and staircases). This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and vaping devices.

2. Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted in the apartment. This helps us maintain hygiene and allergy-free conditions for all future guests.

3. Parties & Noise
Parties, loud events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 (10 PM) to 09:00 (9 AM) to avoid disturbing neighbors.

4. Internet Use
Wi-Fi is provided for general use only. Guests are responsible for any online activity during their stay and must not access or share illegal content or copyrighted material. Misuse may result in legal consequences.

5. Electrical Appliances
For safety reasons, please do not use personal electrical devices that are not provided by the host (such as space heaters, hot plates, etc.), unless approved in advance.

6. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Please keep the apartment tidy during your stay.
Before check-out:
Wash any used dishes
Gather and dispose of all waste in the containers located in front of the main community gate.

7. Use of Provided Items
All towels, bed linens, kitchenware, and equipment must remain inside the apartment.
Only beach towels may be taken outside and must be returned before check-out.

8. Damages & Theft
Any significant damage or missing items will be reported to the local authorities. Guests may be charged for the cost of repairs or replacements.

9. Repairs and Maintenance
Please do not attempt any repairs yourself. Notify the host of any issues or malfunctions during your stay. We will arrange for professional maintenance as soon as possible.

10. Parking
Free parking is available on-site. Please park only in designated areas and follow all local traffic and parking regulations.

11. Lost Keys
If apartment keys are lost, a replacement fee of €150 will apply to cover key and lock replacement.

12. Cleaning Fee
A standard cleaning fee of €120 per stay applies. This is automatically added to your total reservation cost and covers professional cleaning after check-out.
